Your weight Reduce program may help you to become more successful at losing weight

Weight Loss Vs Fat Loss 11:04 AM

First of all, weight loss and fat loss are not the same things and can give you different results. Weight loss does not mean muscle gain, and fat loss does not mean you will lose much weight. Getting ripped and cut is the results many want to achieve, but most people go about it totally wrong.

Doing excessive cardio will help you burn fat, but it does not guarantee you will lose weight. For instance, just eating less can actually make you gain weight or not lose any weight at all. That is similar to the myth that smoking light cigarettes will help you smoke less or lighten the damage to your body.

To properly sculpt your body, you must first have somewhat of an understanding of how your body works. Your metabolism is the key to getting ripped, losing weight, etc. We burn fat all day every day, but how much fat we burn and how fast we burn fat determines our weight and shape.

The problem most people have is that they do not know how to manipulate their metabolism. Once you understand how to boost your metabolism, you will be able to literally eat like you are not dieting, and look like you are.

Weight loss deals with our height, our solid and liquid intake and outtake, our genes, our muscle mass and fat percentage. Fat loss deals with what we eat and our metabolism. With that said, we must deal with what we can control, and not worry about what we can not.

I am not selling anything. I use to wrestle in high school and in college and sometimes would have problems managing my weight, like most wrestlers.

A dangerous trick most would do, is take a long run with a plastic bag on under a thick sweat shirt to drop weight quickly, and it worked. The dangerous part about that is we would be risking burning the wrong type of weight and fat. Even though most of the weight loss would be water weight, too much water weight loss could quickly cause you to cramp up and take away from the nutrients our bodies need.
