Why should we we worry if we are getting fatter. We should because it is stopping us from living life to the full. Carrying too much extra weight is a health issue and not a cosmetic one.
Obesity takes an average of 9 years from your life. Two thirds of the population are currently either watching their weight or trying to lose some weight.
